Poster Dreams for Easing Pandemic Realities | H&H Graphics

What makes a poster a classic? Posters created to promote America’s national parks and put artists to work as part of the Depression-era Federal Art Project can fetch thousands of dollars each today.

Rare movie posters have sold for hundreds of thousands of dollars. But the popularity of posters goes far beyond their monetary value. They’re a way of showcasing our individual tastes and obsessions, whether we’re travelers, classic movie buffs or connoisseurs of beer.

The scratch-off poster phenomenon has risen to the challenge of the pandemic-era bucket list, with versions for tracking your progress through classic novels, movies, craft beers, and even yoga poses...

A combination of fandom, wall art and a bucket list, an interactive take on the poster has exploded in the marketplace in recent years, beginning with the popular scratch-off maps. One version with a direct link back to those iconic posters of Yosemite and the Great Smoky Mountains features all 62 U.S. national parks for scratching off after they’re visited. Other scratch-off maps are designed to chart your treks across the country, the world or the sites of a favorite city like London.

The Great Lakes Graphics Association (GLGA)  has once again selected H&H Graphics for numerous Graphics Excellence Awards (GEA)

Each year, the GLGA recognizes a select number of projects that demonstrate outstanding achievements in printing with a Graphics Excellence Award. As a result, the GEA is one of the largest printing competitions in the nation.

Snapshot Effect Screen Printing Has Arrived | H&H Graphics

One of our newest special effects, and one of the most unique, is what we call "Snapshot Effect" screen printing.

The Snapshot Effect only appears when someone takes a flash photo. This allows posters, retail POP displays and other pieces to have hidden messaging and/or graphics that shows up unexpectedly later.
